What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 collars — enough for one litter or one small rescue intake — with bulk tiers as the numbers grow.

How fast will my collars arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished collars ship in about 2 weeks. Express turnaround is available when an intake or an event date is fixed.

Can every collar have a different name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at no extra cost. Variable data is standard here — send a spreadsheet of names and phone numbers and each collar is embroidered or engraved individually.

How do I measure a dog for a collar?

Accepted Answer

Measure the neck where the collar will actually sit, with two fingers under the tape. For a martingale, measure the widest part of the head as well, because the closed size has to fall between the two.

Which material should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Nylon webbing for everyday, wet weather and anything washed often. Leather for a collar that is worn for years and handled daily. Biothane where the dog swims constantly and the collar has to be wiped rather than washed.

Is stitched ID better than a hanging tag?

Accepted Answer

It does not fall off, it does not rattle and it cannot catch on a crate door. A tag is easier to update, so many owners use both — stitched details that never change, and a tag for the current address.

Question 7

What about the D-ring?

It should be welded, not a bent strip of plated steel with a gap in it. A gap opens under a hard pull and the lead comes off — ours are welded as standard and we will state the breaking strain on request.

Do you redraw artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team rebuilds it to the collar width — lettering on a strap has to be sized to be read from a couple of metres, which usually means fewer words and larger type.
